Sheikh Saad Abu al-Tabuk said, "With an Official invitation, Imam Ali Holy Shrine participated in the activities of the festival. The conclusion ceremony was attended by a number of religious, political and cultural figures, The Shiite Endowment Bureau, secretaries and representatives of the holy shrines, and representatives of the Supreme Religious Authority."
He added: "The ceremony was opened by reciting of Holy Quran, then reciting Surah Al-Mubarakah Al-Fatihah on the souls of the righteous martyrs. The speech was then delivered to the Secretariat of al-Sahla Mosque, Dr. Mudhar Ali al-Madani, where he announced the opening of the largest electronic library in the mosque, which is the second largest electronic library in the Middle East."
Abu Al Tabuk pointed out that "Imam Ali Holy Shrine had an active and distinguished presence through Mr. Khalid Hadi Shannon, headed the delegation. The delegation included members of the Board of Directors, Sayyed Essa al-Khersan and Muthafar Mahboba, Sheikh Saad Abu al-Tabuk as representative of Religious Affairs Department and employees of Public Relations and Media Departments."
