The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine participates with more than 200 titles in Tehran International Book Fair.

The al-Abbas's (p) Holy Shrine has participated in Tehran International Book Fair in its 30th edition, held currently under the theme "Let's read another book" in the exhibition complex in al-Shams city "Shahr Aftab" southern the capital Tehran.

The al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine is represented in this important international exhibition, the department of Intellectual and cultural Affairs with a pavilion that has included more than 200 different titles, which varied between jurisprudence, religious, academic and educational books and scientific magazines about purposeful and constructive scientific and academic research addressed to all classes and categories with a simple and easy language away from the complexity, which make it of a great attraction for the fair's attendees.

This is the eighth participation of the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine in this fair within its international participations, and like the rest of the previous participations, the publications of the holy shrine are exclusive and cannot be found in any other publishing house, starting from the authoring and revision to the printing, which is a unique feature that characterized the local and international participations of the holy shrine.

The pavilion was designed uniquely by the Director of the Internet Division of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs; Sayed Haidar Taleb Abd al-Amir, as it has an artistic touch making it similar to the holy shrine, topped by a dome resembling the golden dome and columns from both sides resembling the two minarets. It has also included various shelves looking like Iwans of the holy sanctuary centred by the name of the pavilion.

It is to note that the exhibition is held by the participation of 2700 local and international publishing houses, including 110 Arab publishing houses. And this participation was an opportunity for communication between these institutions and publishing houses on the one hand and an opportunity to introduce the al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, its publications, services and its intellectual, cultural and architectural development on the other hand.
