Head of Quran Assemblies, Abdul Hadi Hassan Al Abadi, said, "Every year, Dar Quran of Imam Ali Holy Shrine has used to take advantage of the blessed occasions of the imams (peace be upon them) and to present visitors with a series of Quranic Assemblies."
He added, "Two assemblies were organized. The first assembly is for the readers from Najaf and Imam Ali Holy Shrine. The second assembly is readers from the Arab Republic of Egypt, Said Saeed and Ahmad Abdul Hai with the reader of Imam Ali Holy Shrine, Sheikh Jassim Al-Najafi ".
Al-Abadi added: "Dar Quran had prepared a program to celebrate the births of Imams in the month of Shaaban, starting with the birth of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and the day of the birth of Imam Abi al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
He added, "The Quranic Assemblies will continue for days with the participation of a group of readers from within and outside the province of Najaf."
