Interior Minister Qasim al-Araji said, "Today we are honored to visit the shrine of the Commander of the Faithful Ali bin Abi Talib (Peace be upon him) and to meet the Secretary General of Imam Ali Holy Shrine. We had talked about the recommendations of the Shiite Muslim Supreme Religious Authority to save the preservation, lives and property in the fighting areas."
He added, "The recommendations of the Shiite Muslim Supreme Religious Authority are a constitution for us and we are working to implement them fully."
The Minister of Defense and Interior thanked the Secretary General for the Imam Ali Holy Shrine for his hospitality.
