Habl al-Mateen said in a statement to the Media Center of the Holy Shrine “The level of completion reached 50% which is the big part of the dome. What remained is the small part and it is going be completed soon.”
“Even if the project is limited by time, but we do not prefer speed to durability of gilding and the way it works, where we focus on the quality of gold plating and the possibility of survival for a long time. In spite of the scorching weather and height of the area, but the staffs are completing working,” he added.
The official of the company, the engineer Hassan Bolarak, said “We celebrate opening the project in Rabee’a al-Awal- a lunar month- on the occasion of the birth of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&P).”
“The number of the gilded bricks is 9000. We completed 4000 ones of 22cm high and 32cm wide,” he added.
