Scientific secretary of the "Second International Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine Congress", in an interview with our correspondent said, “Stem cells, with their capacity in regenerative medicine and assistance to drug discovery, have caused optimism in treatment of complex and refractory diseases, and successful clinical trials have validated the hopes to the point that the demand of treatment with stem cells is increasing in the community.”
“Development and innovation in the field of stem cells and regenerative medicine, will lead to maximum productivity to serve the human society” Dr. Maryam Moghaddam Matin added.
“During the three-day congress, more than a 1100 participants will enjoy the exchange of information between national and twelve foreign specialists, and expansion of cooperation between production sectors, and knowledge-based companies with academic and scientific centers will be followed ” Faculty of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences stated.
“The presence of the Samen Pharmaceutical Co., as one of the foundations for drug development and basic needs of the country in the field of regenerative medicine along Razavi Hospital as one of the authentic medical centers of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences to perform acts on stem cells on the sidelines of the congress, will integrate the cooperation in this field” she expressed.
It is worth reminding, Second International Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine Congress will continue till Friday April 21st, at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad.
