The head of Engineering and Technical Affairs' Department, Engineer Ridha Mohammed Hassan, said, "The first constructions materials was entered to start building the schools in Qanbar Residential Complex for the employees of Imam Ali Holy Shrine."
He added: "Meanwhile, an expanded meeting was held in the presence of the Secretary General and engineering cadres from the Engineering and Technical Affairs' Department with the executing company. During the meeting, we had discussed all the necessary procedures to overcome the obstacles and problems that may arise and develop the necessary solutions for them and to create all the necessary facilities to achieve the required work."
"The Secretary General promised to develop the possibilities for accelerate the work, noting that the cadres of the company and in cooperation with the cadres of the Qanbar Residential Project had begun the work of preparation and and the planning of the foundations."
