Mustafa Khaksar Qahrudi, deputy of Astan Quds Razavi Relief Department noted that the seminarians are visiting the Holy Shrine for the first time under 'Mehr Derakhshan Razavi' caravans plan and remarked, “The group includes Mustabsirs (converted from Sunnite to Shi'ite) seminarians of Qom Al-Mustafa International University from India, Nigeria, Russia, Ivory Coast, Tanzania, Pakistan, Malaysia, Algeria, and other countries. "
Noting that the seminarians have arrived at Mashhad from Thursday April 6 and will stay as Astan Quds Razavi's guests to April 9, he added, "Besides taking part in the special cultural programs planned by management of Non-Iranian Pilgrims Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi, the seminarians will be also received during their 3-day stay by Astan Quds Razavi for all food meals besides being served a blessed meal in the Hazrat banquet house.“
Khaksar recounted the number of the first time pilgrims of the Razavi Holy Shrine in 1395 as 800 thousands and reiterated, "With relation to attendance of such pilgrims, Astan Quds Razavi demands the contribution of the benevolent, such that the inter and intra city transportation costs and by- the- road reception and residential fees are paid by the applicants themselves as well as the benevolent while Astan Quds Razavi covers the organizing, supervising and receiving measures during their stay and offers cultural programs."
