The secretary Genaral of imam Ali Holy Shrine Sayyed Nizar Hashim Habl al-Mateen said, "This is the first Feasts, which is the anniversary birth of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) on the thirteenth of the month of Rajab, where the Golden Gaye was completed.
