Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Seyyed Ebrahim Raeisi, this afternoon, in seminar and coordination conference of ninth period of cultural, promotional Under the Shade of the Sun Caravans, which was attended by Razavi serving unions representatives across the country, being held in the conference hall of Astan Quds Razavi, expressed the main approach of these Caravans this year, attending the deprived, and providing development background of service, servant, and served concepts and noted “disentangling the poor’s problems, and the development of altruism in the light of monotheism is of Imam Ali ibn Musa al-Reza (A.S.) teachings, which in this period of Under the Shade of the Sun Caravans should be vigorously pursued.”
“Aiding the needy and altruism, must be complemented by measures such as attention to the needs of the deprived, identifying needs priority, forming formulated mechanisms to meet the needs and taking advantage of the capacity of other institutions and organizations to help for these aids. Although a mere journey certainly cannot achieve all the goals; however, it could be a prelude to a big move, and follow-ups to make the outcomes possible in the future” member of the Supreme Council of Khorasan Seminary asserted, stating that the difference of this period’s deployment of Under the Shade of the Sun Caravans with prior periods, is a new and different program, with a focus on helping the needy, spiritual development, spirituality, and promoting Razavi conduct and lifestyle.
Development of the Service, Servant and Served in the Form of Under the Shade of the Sun Caravans
“Establishing a bond between service, servant and served, in the direction of solving the problems and needs of the weak, is of other missions of these caravans. Developmental, health, cultural and promotional aids are measures that thanks to the name of the magnanimous Imam, Ali ibn Musa (A.S.), by the devoted servants in these caravans, can be performed, and it can be a beginning for coherent and broader actions in the future” Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi uttered, introducing service, servant and served program of other missions of Under the Shade of the Sun Caravans in this period.
“Under the Shade of the Sun Caravans could make the lovers of Imam Reza (A.S.), the pilgrims of the Holy Sun of Suns (A.S.) from the distance; however, this pilgrimage is meaningful and effective in life when relationship between the pilgrim and the visited becomes heartfelt, deep and pure. This attention which happens only in the light of Imam Reza (A.S.) appears something momentarily, but if it is deep and penetrates the heart of the pilgrim, then it becomes permanent which in the entire pilgrim’s personal, social, and political course will be manifested” he reiterated, stating that Under the Shade of the Sun Caravans fill the country with pilgrimage fragrant, and pointing out the positive and the spiritual effects of the pilgrimage.
Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi, in another part of his speech, highlighted the steady and rapid assistance to the needy, stressing that in Astan Quds Razavi, attending the needy is a serious strategy, not a transient movement, and said, “During Feast of Fast-breaking this year, all the bounties and atonement raised in the Razavi Holy Shrine, despite the high amount, in less than 48 hours with the association of Relief Foundation, and other aiding agencies reached the needy table, which was a very good movement of its kind.
The Importance of Endowment and Vow
“Holding sessions of Imam Reza (A.S.) in the Razavi Holy Shrine, religious centers and other religious sites, is of the blessings of vow and endowment, which has long been existed among the religious people of Islamic Iran” member of the Assembly of Experts of the Leadership reminded at the end of his speech, pointing to the status of endowment and vow and stating that endowment is one of the examples of donation, and man’s eternal fruit.
“Under the Shade of the Sun Caravans, should promote endowment and vow in the country, this pure economic current, roots in love and purity and binds the donators with immortality, and it should not be stopped in the country” Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi expressed, introducing the best way of spending money, the endowment and vow.
It should be noted that the ninth period of people and spiritual celebrations of Under the Shade of Sun, will be held during Karamat ten-days Celebrations, thanks to Razavi Youths Network, affiliated to the consulting services, youths and social studies institute of Astan Quds Razavi.
