The conference was attended by representatives of all the religious parties in Pakistan, Shiites and Sunnis, headed by the leader of the Shiites in Pakistan, His Eminence Sayyed Sajid Ali al-Naqawi and Sheikh Mohsen Ali Najafi.
They had called in their speeches to the unity of Islam and the avoid discord between them that leads to sectarian strife. There was also a speech by the holy shrines delivered by Sheikh Azzam Al-Rubaie from Imam Hussein Holy SHrine, thanking Al-Kawthar University for its great efforts in making this conference fruitful.
