Assistant professor Dr. Saif Al-Mayahi, a professor in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kufa, had presented the seminar. A number of academics and cultural figures had attended the seminar.
The head of Research and Studies Division, Sheikh Muhanad al-Khaqani said, "The aim of this seminar is to stress the importance of books and reading in all its fields that includes the electric reading, which will lead to knowledge."
