The manager of the book fair, Abdul Razaq al-Shaibani said, "More than 80 publishing houses are participating in Najaf International Book Fair. There are 87 publishing house from Lebanon, 5 from Egypt, 2 Algeria and two from Syria. The publishing houses participated with various aspects of knowledge like religion, doctrine, politic, and jurisprudence books."

The official from al-Easul al-Adam and Nobalaa Publishing Houses said, "We are participating for the sixth year successively and we have more than 700 titles."

The official of Dar al-Huja from Lebanon, Fatima al-Husseini said, "We have 43 historical, religious and doctrine books."

The official of Dar Muntada al-Maarif from Lebanon, Nimra Saad said, "We are participating for the first time in this book fair. We have political, religious, Islamic Ideology and literary books."
