The head of the Qur'anic Communication Division in the House of the Holy Quran, Hassan al-Amiri, said “According to our programs of hosting delegations from inside and outside Iraq, we received a delegation from Syria. It included some scholars, academics, journalists, and some converts who came with their families. We hosted them for three days.”
