The supervisor engineer Mr. Karrar al-Moussawi said, "According to the instructions of Imam Ali Holy Shrine Sayyed Nizar Habl al-Mateen, we started roofing the periphery of Imam Ali Holy Shrine to provide the appropriate worship atmosphere for noble visitors and protecting them from various weather conditions."
He added, "The first stage will roof the eastern side (Bab al-Saa), which is called Sahan (Courtyard) of Imam Hassan. The area of the first stage is 3000 m2 and the second stage will start soon and includes roofing the southern side (Bab al-Qebla)."
