Speaking among the on-foot pilgrims and mourners of Imam Hussein (A.S.) in the road between Najaf and Karbala and in Imam Reza’s (A.S.) retinue- tent 285-, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Seyyed Ibrahim Raeisi described the rally as a very unique one and said, “Arbaeen rally is certainly unique in the world. This rally is really matchless both in quantity and in quality”.
Noting that terrorist groups did not want a glorious Arbaeen rally, Astan Quds Razavi’s custodian said, “This year’s Arbaeen Rally was held much more glorious in comparison to those of previous years, however”.
Referring to twenty-million population of this rally, he emphasized, “All participants of this great rally enjoy both a thought of Arbeen and a celestial motivation. Thought of Arbaeen is exactly against that of Takfiries and arrogant powers and the conflict between these two types of thoughts can be seen now”.
“Supporters of thought of Arbaeen believe that religion is the only way for doing social modifications and Imam Hussein’s (A.S.) call, in the year 61 AH/680AD , is still existent and it can distinguish right path from wrong one. They also believe that the same call invites truth defenders to fight against arrogance and Takfiries and we are now observing certain indications of this fight”, custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said.
Saying that Arbaeen rally does not belong to Shi'ite Muslims only, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi emphasized, “Most of our Sunni brothers love the household of the Apostle of God (S.A.W.) and Imam Hussein (A.S.) and even participate in Arbaeen rally. However, Britain, to make a division among world Muslims, has created and reinforced Wahhabism among Sunnis and Bahaism among Shi'ites. Nevertheless, with their strong unity, Shi'ite and Sunni Muslims put these two fake streams aside and defended Islam”.
Referring to the dream of terrorist groups for having a weak Arbaeen Rally, he said, “They did a terrorist attack in Samarra to scare Muslims, but this year’s Arbaeen rally was held more glorious in comparison to last years’ rallies. The most important message of this rally was the alliance of all Muslims against British fabricated group and not to abandon defending Islam”.
Referring to the news boycott of this rally in western media, custodian of Astan Quds Razavi said, “Media of the western world and some countries in the region never indicated to the world’s largest gathering in Iraq, but world people know it very well that the message of those participating this rally is fight and resistance against arrogance and Islam’s enemies”.
It should be mentioned that attending at Imam Reza’s (A.S.) retinue, Astan Quds Razavi’s custodian visited Razavi Shrine’s servants and Husseini mourners, gave his lecture, and examined organization’s services in this retinue located in the road between Najaf and Karbala.
