The technical staff working in the Engineering Maintenance Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine have finished the works of installing and setting up the iron bridge for the visitors and that is located near the gate of Imam Al-Hassan (peace be upon him) leading to the two holy shrines in the southwestern side of the holy shrine.
This bridge is one of the three other bridges that the maintenance department is working on, the bridge on the other side is set up by the maintenance department of the holy shrine of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), to reduce the state of overcrowding during the Ziyarat, to provide a state of ease and smooth flow in the march and to ensure the non-intersection of the visitors with the condolences' processions.
The width of the bridge is of 8m divided in two parts, each of them is of 4m, its height is more than 4m, to which is added pieces of wood, the length of each piece is 2,40m with a width of 1,22m, linked to its both sides to ensure the safety of the visitors when they are passing.
It is to note that the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, with all its departments including this department, has harnessed all its efforts to the necessary preparations to receive the visitors coming to the holy shrine during the Ziyarat Arba'een of Imam Al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).
