Seyyed Khalil Monabbati, at a meeting of Deputies and Advisers of Astan Quds Razavi said “The great retinue of Imam Reza (A.S.), on the road of Najaf to Karbala, and in an area of 40,000 square meters has been donated to the Razavi Holy Shrine, which by 8000 square meters of building created, can accommodate and cater 5000 people.”
“At the Mehran border terminal, two central kitchens were built that after pilgrims returning from the pilgrimage of the Fortieth, they have reception capacity of 150,000 of Imam Hussein (A.S.) pilgrims” he said.
“Also, in Karbala, in the vicinity of Imam Hussein (A.S.) Holy Shrine, a retinue with Imam Reza (A.S.) title has been established, which by focus on servants of Razavi Holy Shrine, will cater 30-45 thousand people daily, and will run until 2 days after the Husseini Fortieth” he stated.
Deputy of Sacred Premises and Pilgrims' Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi, referring to the plans made in order to increase the quality and quantity of services to the pilgrims of Imam Reza (A.S.) and the religious delegations from all over the country which come to holy Mashhad said “By cooperation of Astan Quds Razavi servants in the current year, 41 outer city stations, and 41 inner city stations will provide services.”
“At outer city stations, 19,900 meals of breakfasts, 19,739 lunches, 19,350 dinners, and 20,000 snacks, will be distributed among the walking pilgrims” he uttered.
“At these stations, we have provided the facilities to accommodate up to 21,200 of dear pilgrims” Monabbati expressed.
“Within the holy city of Mashhad, with participation of Razavi Holy Shrine servants from various sectors, 27,000 meals of breakfasts, 36,000 lunches, 27,100 dinners, and 54,400 snacks, are distributed among walking pilgrims of Imam Reza (A.S.) in a daily manner” he commented.
“At Astan Quds Razavi stations within the city, accommodation for 23,900 pilgrims is provided” Monabbati said.
“At all inner and outer stations of this spiritual body, 24-hour medical and nursing services are offered to the pilgrims” Deputy of Sacred Premises and Pilgrims' Affairs of Astan Quds Razavi said.
“To welcome the religious delegations, detailed planning has been done and the potential of holding mourning ceremonies and receptions with blessed food would be available” he remarked.
