On the Sideline of her Pilgrimage: American Pilgrim: Razavi Pilgrimage, an Opportunity to Get Close to Allah

On the sideline of her pilgrimage at the Razavi Shrine, the American pilgrim said, “Razavi pilgrimage is a special opportunity to get close to Allah.”

A group of American Shiites who were all guests of the al-Mustafa International University visited the Razavi Holy Shrine. The group also attended the special programs of Astan Quds Razavi's management of non-Iranian pilgrims at the Ghadir Portico.
Saying that this visitation is her second one, Maryam Raeis, one of the American pilgrims, said, “I am very happy that Allah has given me another chance to visit the Razavi Shrine so that I can comprehend the greatness of Imam Reza's (A.S.) pilgrimage during my youth.”
Saying that she will grasp all the moments and seconds of this opportunity to use it in the best possible way, she said, “Many people of the world like my mother and my friends in the United States have the dream of visitation and pilgrimage of Imam Reza's (A.S.) Holy Shrine. However, this travel has not become possible as they have not been successful to get Iranian visa.”
“The beauty of Imam Reza's (A.S.) Shrine cannot be described. Big and various porticos, courtyards, museums, banquet hall, and library have multiplied the beauty of this holy place”, Raeis added.
Referring to the equipped systems and valuable books of the Central Library, this American pilgrim stated, “If I lived in Mashhad, I would do all my studies in this library.”
Alireza Bouzerjoumehri, an Iranian living in U.S, said, “I have been living in America for 16 years now but I grasped every opportunity for traveling to Iran and visiting Imam Reza's (A.S.) Holy Shrine.”
He stressed, “When human attends a place and he knows that place as a center hosting an illuminated grave belonging to one of the best and most faithful worshipers, he feels real sense of calmness and happiness.”
Introducing Astan Quds Razavi's Central Library as one of the most equipped and richest libraries of the world, the university professor said, “This scientific center has to introduce its manuscripts and other books to the world via websites and cyber space so that the Muslims and researches of Islamic texts can have easy access to them, from different parts of the world.”
It is worth mentioning that after visiting Razavi Shrine, the American group visited Qur'an museum, Central Library, and Ghadir and also Dar al-Marhamah Porticos.
