Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi has met with the officials of Arbaeen educational and cultural institutions.
He said that importance of Arbaeen is extraordinary due to the pilgrimage of Arbaeen.
He, while talking about the gathering of Arbaeen Imam Husain (A.S), said that this gathering has reached at the highest stage of dignity without any preaching and all people deliberately visit the holy shrine of Imam Husain (A.S) on foot from Najaf to Karbala.
He, while criticizing the silence of international media on the Arbaeen of Imam Husain (A.S), said that international media ignore such a great gathering but they should know that all people of world will participate in the Arbaeen of Imam Husain (A.S).
He said that enthusiasm of people in the Arbaeen of Imam Husain (A.S) is actually a slap on the face of takfirists. That’s why it is required to protect this asset because enemy is trying to spoil this great gathering.
He concluded that all pilgrims should not move without visa because it is forbidden to travel without visa.
