Ayatollah Muqtadai the vice president of Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom said that Muharram is the best time to work on human insight.
He added that we should make people aware of the responsibilities of Karbala and current affairs.
Ayatollah Muqtadai mentioned that sacred month of muharram demands us to spread the words of Imam Hussain A.S. publicly.
He added that we should stop the hurdle in the way of mourning sessions and make it save from superstitions.
He said that Islamic seminaries are trench of Islam and Shiite and seminary teachers should aware people of superstitions.
On the day of Ashura many Muslims partake in large peaceful gatherings where they recite poems in memory of Hussain and his sacrifice whilst lamenting and beating their chest as a cultural tradition to display their grievance. Many people use the day of Ashura as a day to perform acts of kindness and charity as a way for them keep alive the very same principles and values Hussain gave his life
