Unique Shiite-Sunni unity is observed in Astara city of Iran.
It is reported that Sunni Muslims have arranged meal submissions to express their love with Imam Husain (A.S) and they served mourners of Imam Husain (A.S).
It is noteworthy that Sunni Muslims have made different meals in villages and towns of Astara and they present it to the mourners of Imam Husain (A.S).
It is to be noted that mourning programs are also organized with reference to the martyrdom of Imam Husain (A.S) in the mosques of Sunni Muslims of Astara in which virtues and sufferings of Ahl-e-Bait (A.S) are described.
It is noteworthy that numbers of Sunni Muslims are living in the border areas of Iran and they are free to perform their religious rituals. Similarly, they spend peaceful life with Shiites.
It is reported that Sunni Muslims of Astara have love with Ahl-e-Bait (A.S). That’s why they have arranged meal submissions for the mourners of Imam Husain (A.S).
