In a mourning ceremony held at Husseinieyeh and Library of Imam Reza (A.S.), Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Kazerooni referred to the characteristics of Imam Hussein's (A.S.) enemies and said, "On the day of Ashura, Imam Hussein (A.S.) addressed Yazid corps and said: You believe in God and his Messenger (S.A.W.) apparently but you have forgotten all your faith and belief and have started to fight against household of Apostle of God". This ceremony was also attended by Ayatollah Raeisi, Astan Quds Razavi's Grand Custodian".
Kazerooni said that Imam Hussein (A.S.) had, on the very day of Ashura, eight sermons to guide his enemies toward real Islam. This seminary professor also said, "If rebels (Kharijis) were fighting against Imam Hussein (A.S.), there would be no problem, but fighting against Imam (A.S.) while introducing them as Ummah of Prophet (A.S.) was a really heavy issue. Therefore, Imam Hussein (A.S.) addressed Yazid’s supporters by saying" Satan has penetrated in you".
Member of the assembly of experts stressed, "Forgetting God and being dominated by Satan is a dangerous occurrence which has always happened during history and is not limited to Ashura only. And whenever Satan has dominated the mankind, most tragic incidents of the history have formed".
Noting that remembrance of God has been wildly emphasized in verses and traditions, he said, "Remembrance of God removes darkness and obscurity from human thought and soul and it is like a guiding candle that saves the man from aberration and misdirection".
"An official who remembers God has got lots of tolerance and no enemy's magniloquence can stop him", Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Kazerooni added.
It should be noted that at the beginning of this ceremony, Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Nehzati talked about the prescriptions of mourning ceremonies. Also, the ceremony was continued by the eulogies of the household of the Apostle of God (S.A.W.) panegyrists and Ashura prayer.
