The ceremony was held under the slogan: (Minarets Glisten When Ghadeer Glistens). The ceremony which was perfectly programmed was attended by Sayyed Alaa Al-Musawi, the President of the Shia Waqf Council, Prof. Dr. Jamal Al-Dabbagh, the KHS Secretary General, Secretaries General of other Holy Shrines, members of the KHS Board, the Manager of Al-Kawthar Foundation, some scholars from Islamic Seminars, some officials besides the visitors of the Kadhimain of Holy Shrine. The ceremony program included many activities and was concluded with unveiling the golden minarets.
