In his sermon at Eid al-Adha Prayer, Sayyed Nizar Habl al-Mateen emphasized on the importance of adhering the real principles of Islam from Mohammad and his household (peace be upon them), calling for the safety of noble visitors in particular and Muslims in the world in general, asking from Allah to preserve pilgrims of Allah. He stressed that the actions of Hajj has great connotations, references including what appeared to the minds, and some are hidden in the souls.
He added: we are living now in a very difficult political conflict because we are far from the fearing from Almighty Allah and we like this world.
At the end of his sermon, the secretary general asked Almighty Allah to secure the heroes of Popular Volunteers Forces and the military forces, who participate in defending Iraq.
After finishing the sermon of Eid al-Adha, the secretary general, the deputies of secretary general and member of the Board of Directors of Imam Ali(AS) Holy Shrine received the noble visitors, members of Imam Ali(AS) Holy Shrine and the heads of the departments in the Shrine.
