The Al-Alqami Assembly is hosting the program, which will last for about 40 days.
The Center for Training Quran Memorizers and Reciters affiliated to the Quran Institute of the Astan (custodianship) of Hazrat Abbas (AS) holy shrine has organized the program.
60 Quran activists from different provinces of the Arab country have participated in the plan.
Ali Al-Bayati, an organizer, said that the participants will learn four Quran recitation styles by Sheikh Shahat Anwar, Sheikh Hafiz Khalil Ismail, Sheikh Abdul Basit Abdul Samad and Sheikh Minshawi.
The Quran expert added that Iraqi Quran recitation style developed by Sheikh Hafiz Ismail has been included in the educational program.
Some cultural programs have also been planned on the sidelines of the Quranic event.
