He held a long-term meeting with the officials of the department. He noted that the job of the secretariat is to develop the work of the shrine and to reinitiate the dilatory projects. By virtue of our departments and the strenuous efforts we could complete these projects and could lubricate the rough spots that faced us. “We have to take the intellectual and cultural fields into consideration. We have to develop al-Haidaria library, the museum, and whatever is related to the Islamic culture like reviving the Islamic legacy and the Islamic studies especially of the Holy Quran and Najul Balagha (Peak of Eloquence),” he added.
Otherwise, the head and the officials of the department, displayed their achievements and their annual plans. They showed him their ambitions with regard to developing the specialized fields in there.
