Mr. Jaafar al-Bakaa from the office of the secretary general said in a statement to the media center of Imam Ali Holy Shrine "the office of the secretary general suggested the idea of Suggestions and Complains Box to receive the suggestions and complains of people, visitors and employees of Imam Ali Holy Shrine to raise the level of services in all parts of Imam Ali Holy Shrine. The boxes were distributed in three main gated of Imam Ali Holy Shrine."
